Plants absorb light thru the tops of the leaves and breath thru the bottom. So it would probably be best to hang those lights. Ok next thing.....get rig of the tin foil!!! It reflects heat not light and it will burn your plant. What type of light bulbs are in that lamp? I cant tell from the glare but i hope they arent regular bulbs.

I have 2 Daylight 6500K cool natural light, energy saver. One above the plant, one below, and some regular bulb i guess with redish light.

oh the 6500K are 15W equivalent of 60W

And yea man hahah lmfao about tin foil, I know its cheap and welfare:P Imma invest in some proper shit, once i find it:P

Regular bulbs dont do anything for your plant but give them heat. The other bulbs you have are good, you might want to get some more. The more light you have the tighter and bushier you plant will be.
