lighting?

hey everybody...i have a 400w MH i'm using to grow these diesel ryders, and i also have a 2 fluoro shop light with 2 argo 6500k bulbs, basically, i'm curious if adding the fluoro light to the grow would have any added benefits, say, layin it vertical in the garden?? thanks for any input

more light, more bud sites......i think you can only benifit if you have the space to add these as "side lighting"

Maybe as the plants mature , and you want to get light to the lower bud sites.
Have you looked into the "super spreader" ? it is a reflector that attaches under the bulb , it does a great job of spreading the light around , you can find it along with the "Adjust-A-Wing" reflectors . Also be sure the grow area is lined with mylar , that will help bounce the light back to the plants.
