Lighting - what other lights should i get?

I have my Nirvana northern lights autoflower at 6 weeks 4 days.
she is 22 inches tall ( and only has preflowers at the moment )

I have a full spectrum light with two 24 watt bulbs ( i dont know how many lumens )

Should i be thinking of adding more lights to the plant?

If so, i am thining of fluorescent lights.
Is there any cheap effective light bulbs i can wire up to help increases growth?

I have read there is "cool white" and "warm white" ones for veg, and ones for flower right?

you get what you pay for, and going cheap isnt always a good bet.

there is a great cfl lighting tutorial on this site. Check it. Here is a link to some great cheap cfls that are way more powerful than the ones you're using now.
