How bad will it matter if you move plants from sunlight to artificial. Like, the plants start out in light then are moved to artificial?

It probably wont have that much affect on the plant. But if you went from artificial light out to the sun, there tends to be more shock. Not because of the light, but from the atmosphere outside being so different from indoors.

Ive found plant growing lights emitting all spectrums of light for plant growth says it mimics the suns rays.
