Was wondering if light tracks with one light on the track will work as well as two fixed lamps on a 4x8 surface?

so 1 light on a track vs. 2 lights mounted to the ceiling or wherever is the question? if so 2 lights will put out twice as much light as 1 light so i'd probally go with mounting 2 of em.

OK so a travelling light on a track will not produce the same product as two fixed hanging lamps ?

one light on a rail is better than one light hanging. 2 lights hanging is better than one light on a rail
