Lighting Questions

Ok so Ive been growing stealthly for about the last 3 months or so trying to hide it from everyone, but apparently all I had to do is just ask my mom and she would be totally cool with it as long as I go get my medical card (which as you all know is pretty easy in california).
So now I get to have an empty room to set up anyway I please, I just have to pay for it all. But looking around the house I was able to find 2 400 watt and 1 1000 watt ballasts. I plan on making a grow room and a flower room so my question is what would be the best way to light the 2 rooms with the lights I was able to find?

are they hps or mh light ballasts??

They are all HPS

it really doesnt matter then bro....Id say use the 2 400 watters for veg in one room and the thousand watt for flower.... sounds like your gonna have a sweet setup....I wouldnt put them on the same circuit though....unless its a dedicated circuit just for the lights.....keep the 2 400,s on a different circuit than the 1000 watt....good luck man...

Alright thanks a lot man. Now just to build build everything haha. But one more question what about the MH conversion bulbs would they be worth buying? because from what Ive read they are better for veg or would be better just use HPS and save some money?

blue for veg and full speck. or reds for flower
