Lighting Question.

Hey,
I was wanting to know how long I should keep my seedlings under flourescent light, I have to make it short because I have to run to work now.
Here is the light I am using..

not gunna last you long.. should start investing in bligger lights.
prob until you get a a tier or 2.

I have 2 600w hps lights, when should I start using them?

Start using them now. Leave the envirolight in there too.
