lighting question

Hey, I was wondering if you guys could give me some imput.

My grow closet is only 2.5 x 5 feet and I will be using an tote-bin style areoponic system.

Im in the process of ordering a light kit. Looking at the adjustable lumatek.
My question is what wattage light would you reccommend for my size of space without too much heat issue? I was thinking 250?, 400?, heat for a 600?

I figured get the 600 and have it turned down on the adjustable ballast?

I would just go for the 600 and pick up a nice exhaust fan that will keep it cool enough to grow.. I'm using a 250 in a 2x3 area so I would at least go with the 400 if anything else.

Thanks for the imput, ended up going with 400watt dimmable ballast. also ordered northern lights strain from bc seed king.
I went with the 400 instead of the 600watt because my closet is fairly small and I don't want heat to be to much of an issue as I can't put a hole in the wall/roof to run vents as I rent.
I'm still waiting on my misters to start building my aeropoinc systems
