Lighting Question

My plan is to grow 4 Lowryder 2 seeds. I am going to use CFL's the type that are a spiral bulb. What kind am i suppose to use do you think? people say to use cool white and warm red. should i just put a mixture of them on the plants? i need some help. also where can i find these? what store do you think. i keep going to home depot and the ones i see there are like daylight white and stuff.

6500k veg blue light- 2700k for flowering red light

ya but i hear lowryder goes straight from germination to flowering so what should i use u think? and how many of those for each plant?

Woohoo you decided on the Lowryders!!!!

I've always read that light from the both ends of the spectrum is good.

where did u read up on them? i need to know everything about what i should do for lights i know for sure im using CFL's but what kind a link would be nice

I'm sure I read that information in one of the High Times magazines.
