You can get this bulb at Home Depot for 10 dollars..
Keeo it very close to your plant. Less than 1 inch...

1200 lumens is not enough.. these CFLs are 2600 lumens.. you should get 4 of them.. and a timer..

...when your plant is 10 inches tall.. give your plants 12 hours of uninterupted darkness (no LIGHT).. set you timer for 12 hours on and 12 hours off.. THIS will force your plant to FLOWER.. and make BUDS..

Keep your plants short, flower early, keep light less than 1 inch from your plants...

And if you want to double your yield and put a 400 watt HPS to SHAME..

Put a ONE SET of T5's on its side and another on top of your grow...
Rotate your plants daily... BUDS galore!!

The key is PROXIMITY and SIZE....

yeah but how do i get sockets in my closet? can you buy them, and wouldnt i have to wire a lot?

You can get a couple of these. Take off the metal shade and screw in a BULB splitter.. Then you can have two lights per fixture..

okay thanks, i got the lighting taking care of now. now i just need am electrical socket. how would I go about installing one? im not sure if all the wire are there to though.

If you bought the socket that he linked to then you just plug it in the wall. You could tear apart a lamp too and hang it by the cord. Anything with a cord and socket should be easily rigged to work.

Well that 150 Watter looks real similar to the ones I been buying at Wally World for 9 bucks and some change. Now it do not brag much on the package about the spectrum. They also sell the little Y splitter sockets for less that two bucks which will plug into your new 6 buck clamp light with the 15" cord. Making you split off 150 in two directions. Course the relector dont fit on it but it easier than tearing up house lamps. That could get the warden riled up and she cut me off..especially if she knew where I was getting it.

h.i am useing the new compact florec .45 watt ones they give 2700 ltm each.i have 4 in my grow room.my room is 5*5*6 .plants seem to love the light.all plant are about 28" to 51" tall had to tie two down to close to the celing.my profile pic is of a bud after 4 1/2 weeks of flowering
