My guess is just a household lamp, it should work for 1 plant but it will be low quality and yield I would imagine

Im guessing you are talking about the fixture that you screw a bulb in? Than you can use whatever bulb you need, like a CFL etc.....

it looks like this and i have 3of them but am currently using 1 is that ok 4 a 1 plant? bcuz iwas gonna use 2 of the same bulbs 2 grow 2 plants..
