lighting envirolite or metal halide

I have a 2 light setups one envirolite blue 125w and a 150w metal halide ( i don't know how old the mh light is. ). i only have a small grow tent ( 70cmx50cmx80cm ) using soil, my plants are 5x2 weeks old and 1x3 weeks old which would you use? any advice ( a newbie, first grow )

i would think you use both for vegging no problem, as they both have blue light, what is needed for vegging,
but for flowering i would go with hps as it is better for flowering, because of the red light output.
but i think you could go all the way with them, but would not be as good if you swiched to a hps when flowering.
Iam no way a pro at this, so also wait for more input

in this tent i only have room for one light at the moment it is running on the mh light but i am thinking of making a bigger area to grow in but if i don't which would you use i would also if using the envirolite change to red for flowering
