Lighting and Wattage

Ok SO, I have 2 x 40watt CFLs and 1 x 26watt all 3 are lighting a 1 X 1 Area Does this mean I have 106 Watts Per square foot of Light?

Id rather do the math in lumens if you could provide them. We know those specifications.

So would that 2600 lumens per bulb and say I had 4 bulbs 1/2/3/4 right next to eachother with the bases alternating directions and a reflector above each bulb
