light wattage?

im currently starting my plants for my first ever grow (outdoor bagseeds) and my seedlings are sproutng quicker than id expected. as i may need to soon convert a peice of furniture into a grow cabinet i was looking at additional lighting and stumbled upon a relatively cheap blue/red led light however its only 13.8 watts i was unsure how many of my young ladies that would be ok for. its a total of 225 leds. also i was wondering if i actually needed both spectrums since im only vegging indoors. and if i dont which one do i need blue or red

also if it has extremely limited capabilties (as i have about 30 seedlings with possibly more on the way) what can i use bulb wise that i can find relatively cheap?

I don't like led light I think they will be great when they are perfected but I don't trust em yet the 14 watt one ur talking about probly won't even keep one plant alive and healthy idk what u r willing to spend but look into hps and mh light hps for flower mh for veg if ur short on cash cfl light fixture are nice or t5s but best results from mh and hps

Sorry man, I'm old school, as you can tell by my name. But if you gonna be starting that size of seedlings, it's better to get a head start!

ok well i did take the leds off my list lol. however i did pick up quite a few 23 watt cfls today (i am qite strapped for cash,im starting to grow cause im tired of giving ppl my money for something i can grow myself ) im also thinking of on top of my outdoor grow making a couple cabinets i was thinking three or four 23 watt cfls for a veg cabinet and four and a 400 watt halogen dome i have laying around the cabinets arent that big one is one is three ft tall 2 ft wide and just under 2 ft deep the other is 30 inches tall 14 and a half inches deep and 3 ft wide i would coat the inside with mylar tinfoil or something along those lines does that sound like it would work ?

Sorry if I'm late on this response didn't mean for my post to degrade anybody just letting every1 hear my opinion weather u think it is good or bad and grandpa its cool I'm a younging and I'm sure you no a lot of tricks of the trade that I don't we all start somewhere I just don't want to put anybody or anybody thoughts down
