Light Types

Just wondering, what types of lights should i use for vegging and what types for flowering?(warm, cool white, cool warm(?)), and ill be using flourescent lights(CFL's or Tubes)

Also whats the difference between SOG and SCROG?

Cool white or daylight for veg and soft or warm white for flowering, Sog is a bunch of clones bunched up and flowered, scrog is one plant bent over with a grid of fence or something over it to train the branches out so they all get the same amount of light.
