Light times, and cfl questions HELP

I have a small growbox, with LIMITED height growth, so i need to cut down on that as much as possible. I have my times set to 20/4 now with 3 26-27 watt cfls, One of which being a "daytime" light. Does that mean it has higher lumes?

so some questions.

1. what's the best light schedule for a plant in veg state?(Remember i need this to be SMALL) then switch to what for flower?
2. at the same time, what lights should i use for each state?
3. can a 26watt cfl have 6500k?

Your "daytime" light might just mean it's 6500k.
1. best veg time , is anything over 18hrs.
2. use as much light as you can, in any state.
3. I've bought 6500k 26w clf's before myself
