UK or US? In UK its B&Q's ...... invest in a good digital timer if you're running a bit of power, they are much easier to set and very reliable. I went through many of the cheaper segmented timers.

Im in the US just wanting light timer for simple 12/12 grow from start to finish bout 84-128 of watts. It will be CFL grow also.

Just do a google shopping search for vacation timers for CFLs. CFLs have built in ballasts which regulate the power to keep the bulb lit. Most timers use a switch that creates spikes and voltage and current when turned on and off. This can greatly reduce the life of your CFLs. Why is it people cant do a simple search for a basic product first before posting to a forum? Is it that hard?
