I got a Hydrofarm light timer but i have no clue how to set it can anybody help me out i want it set for 18 on 6 off http://www.hydrofarm.com/pb_detail.php?itemid=4164#

push the black bits down for the 18 hours u want the light on up for the 6, flick switch on side down
