Sorry, what i meant was, I realised during the night time period, my lights were coming on at random 15 minute intervals. As a result they seemed to droop. It's been a while now and they still appear a little droopy so I just wondered how long recovery takes from a "stress incident".I don't understand, are you saying your lights turn on for 15 minutes and then off for 15 minutes?
If so what do they look like? Can you post some pics?
If they look normal just give them a normal light cycle for a few weeks even days just to see if they start to do anything different.
I am not really sure what will happen but pictures could help a bunch..
Good luck.
They stay droopy throughout the day, I assumed it was a stress indication as ive never had it before, and the light problem had been going on for a while. Maybe it's another issue?droopy at night and first 30 min of the day is normal and healthy. They should perk while the lights are on
Thanks for the help!If you are ready to flip you might as well flip, it takes 3 days to stabilize a plants sleep schedule no point in resetting that then doing it again in week
