Light spots on leaves!!!!!

I have a couple of babys and some of them have light green spots on the leaves sort of a discoloration, one of my plants are 2 weeks old and the others are about one week. I need to know if this is normal or should i be worried. Please Help

mine have the same, but then again they were infected with pests, after i killed the infestation all the new foliage is a nice pure green.

most likely spider mite damage. BIG problem if that's what you've got.
