Light reflector/hood swings, that ok?

I used to have my fan blow from side to side but i now have it so it continuously blows between light bulb and crops, but the reflector/hood swings a little (maybe an inch) just wondering if thats ok?

it's good, the light will move to a spot that is normally shaded so more light is absorbrd.

frmrboi is spot on here, its like the poor mans light mover, really does make a big difference on the shading a lot of the time.
