light question

I have à 600 watt light that has 4 settings 360 420 600 and super lumens. For budding what setting would be best to turn thé tricoms faster. Soil grown. Thanks in advance.

Leave it set at 600 with a 600 watt bulb.... Don't fuck with shit if you're not willing to read about it first.... lowering/raising the amount of current or voltage to the bulb changes the spectrum that is put out.... Also changes bulb and ballast life/longevity.... Go read up or don't fuck with the switch....
