okay so as i was saying. i'm not sure if this means my light is doing its job really well or if maybe its too hot the leaves are doing a cone type of thing. like. an ice cream waffle cone lol.
I don't think they're that bad either just thought that's what he meant lol. Pretty sure leaves praying up like that is a sign of good health TBH
I've read mixed messages on various forums. Some say it's them trying to reduce their surface area because the stomata are way too open n they're transpiring too much, other say it's good health n nothing to worry about. They look nice n healthy so IDK
I noticed the cotyledons are starting to yellow on the tips already. How old are those?
Also plz note the warning in my signature lool..wait for better advice
they are about 4 days old. and yes they are probably yellow i'm guessing because im using a hot soil. FFOF. i've used it for seedlings before. infact those 5 plants in the back i used ffof for
also i've heard of it being a good thing too. but idk seems pretty sketch
when they are that young and praying like that its a good thing they are thanking you. but deff put something under the plants to raise em close to the lights u want em like 2-3 inches from the top
Yes its good that there praying a tad but the fact that there leaning to it means they could use a little more light if you look all 4 plants are leaning to the center point just lower the light a bit...those small leaves yellow as the plant uses them they hold the nutrients for the plant to survive for a little bit if your soil was to hot the actual leaves would yellow or burn starting at the tips down
