light positioning

I have around 400 watts of light 250 on the top and 200 on the floor so the plants dont stretch up as if all the light i coming from above. I am currently 1 week in the flowering stage and starting to see some preflowers, IT'S A GIRL!! but anyway u was wondering if I should just put all the lights up top or this is fine thanks!

The app store has a light meter you can buy. You can figure out where the darker spots are.

I would leave them all if you can control the heat. One week into flower its still gonna stretch and get taller and wider. The ones I would move are the ones on the floor, the undersides of leaves don't photosynthesize.

Floor ones should be moved to the walls.
