Light Mover Timing Setting???? (Please Read)

Does anyone have information on, if you should have the mover stop and wait before it goes back and forth. The mover can do between 0-60 seconds of wait time.

Think about it. The plant in the middle of the line may get the most light because the light passes over it from both sides, while plants on either end only have the lamp approach them from one side. S oyou just need to figure out how long to have it pause at each end so plants at each end get as much light as the plants in the middle.
