Light levels for babies

what is the min / max amount of light for babies ? i have a couple 100 w cfl's and a 1 kw mh . atm i have a small 20 w grow cfl . but i think its not way near enough

all i have going now is the small cfl .,

Keep it under soft light as close as you can heat-wise until it has a couple of leafsets, Then unleash the beast.
