Light leak am I screwed?

Someone left the light near my pc box on for a couple hours in the dark period of 12 12 until I found out and turned it off.

Is it probably gonna hermi now?

you should be fine i was out of town for a while and someone came over to water twice while the lights were off and they were fine"as in they turned some light on to water"

i said this to one person already who thought alight leak would turn a plant hermie, it doesnt , if extra light would turn ur plants hermie then a full moon on a clear night would fuck up outdoor grows, it doesnt happen, ur plant will not turn hermie from transplants either, i heard this on here from a grower w/ decades of experience and thought i might relay it, the only way to turn a plant female to hermie from stress is if there were already hermie characteristics in the plants genes, transtplants, if u no how to do it properly dnt induce that much stress on ur plant. a perfect example of how stess wnt turn ur plant hermie are my plants. they were ravaged by a deer or sumthin,the main stalk was broken, two branches were ripped down, tops missing along with tons of fan leaves, so i taped up the branches to there original spots, taped the stalk back up and let her go on . that week after all the damage it was 90+degrees all week long so theres heat stess included, now if that kinda stress doesnt turn a plant hermie idk what will.
