Light fell on top of my plant :(

So after breaking my collar bone on the 4th, i come home from the hospital to find my lamp came detatched and fell on my strawberry cough plant. The lamp that fell was only using 23watt cfls so it didnt get too hot.The dammage didnt look too bad, i trimmed off all the dead blades and tips. My question is will this plant be able to recover and what can i do to help?

yeah m8 .itll be fine, will grow new shoots from the node below the damage, jus extreme fimming technique thats all lol.... it will slow ya down a bit , but she will survive :
is the main stem damaged?

That makes me feel better, and the main stem looks fine. Im sure if i had higher watt bulbs it would of been done. The lamp was on it for about 6 hours.

But atleast my other girl is growing good

hell ya if it ever happends again just tape the broken branckes it happend to me on this one i aways clean my glass from the light one day it fell out of my hands n broke the buds i trimed around the stalk n taped it a few times around the stem with ducttape they recoverd but i did loose one or two no worries i smoked them... another tym hear in cali an earth quak happend n i was outside i seen the fucken wire from the poles moven n the floor to i ran staight to my lil room n make shure the plants were okay come to think of it if it was major what the fuck was i gona do? shit my girl told me i ran in as if a human life was in danger..... hahahahahaa tru shit man....
