Light during flower dark period

I have a tent and the tent has vent holes at the top of it. I’m currently in flower and during the 12 hour lights off period I turned my flashlight on my iPhone about 3 feet away the tent. If light would have gotten to the plants through the holes on top of the tent would this be enough to cause hermies?

So you say the light wasn't directly into the tent, it had to bounce off the ceiling and then go through the vent hole? I doubt the single brief exposure of weak light will cause issues.
it's worth getting a green head lamp/torch for jobs during lights out.
Green LED headlamp or light bulb is the way to go. I work in my grow rooms a LOT during the dark period and I have never had issues with the green LED headlamp.
