Light Cycles for automatic flowering?

I intend to order a batch of these:

And it says they go on a 20/4 cycle and I was curious if thats from seedling to finish?

I grow auto AK's all the time and use 18/6 from seed to scissors. Normally takes 77 days +/- 5 days.

20/4 is fine also

I just grew low rider Hindu Kush and I used 18 hours for the first 30 days and then 20 hours till I harvested at day 58. I grew mine in a aeroponic unit. The first picture was day 31 and the 2nd was at 57 days.

Boneman, awesome reply. Since you grow this breed I got another question.

I have a 400w HPS lamp that is hung about 6ft from the ground, maybe a few inches higher. Should I raise or lower this lamp for the duration?

Also, I have seedling tube lights I just bought, how old until the AKs are strong enough for the HPS?

I'd say 2 weeks before switching to the HPS(just so that the seedling light comes to SOME use). But that is only if you intend to flower after about 4 weeks of veg. Also definitely bring that light lower, put it about 1 1/2 feet from the top of the plants and lower it an inch a day until 6 inches or if the plant shows a little difficulty, then raise it a back a few inches.
