Light cycle question

Im growing 3 plants and i had a quick question about the lighting cycle. Im three weeks in and have been keeping the lights on 24/24. Would changing the cycle to say 18/24 this far in affect anything? Or should i just wait for the flowering stage, when i switch to 12/12.

im about 27 days into flower and i switch about once a week 24 on/ 22/2 / 20/4 / and last 18/6 . There is no problem with it. It gives your plants a rest before flower
