light combos 4 watt watchers

first thing i want to ask, what sort of limit do people usually set in terms of overall wattage? -(people that live in studio or one bedroom apartments would be most relevant) I really have no clue :-(

......people (landlords, electric company) don't get suspicious if you are running a 600 watt lamp all day?!? it seems like they would.....

should i just veg with t12's and flower with a shit load of cfl's? or do they always produce weak awful buds??

Any1 with knowledge that incorporates both light wattage and apartment stealth please shed some light.... it's appreciated

check the cfl sticky threads in the cfl grow section under indoor grow. Its a great resource.
Cfls can produce good bud if done correctly.

To reference something your fridge is running 24 hrs and is prob 4-600 watts. a tv is any where from 200-1000 watts.
so id say under 400 and your safe.
