Light burn?

Hi.
I have corrected my light distance after some good advice in another thread.
I have feeding my ladies with way to much lux and now one of the plants looks strange (pic 1)

Do you think it is light burn due to too intense light?
If so,,, any chance she will recover?

Pic 2 the other plant looking fine to me.

Ok, here we go...

Strain: Northern Lights - 00seeds
6 day old
Soil in pots, around 3dl, NPK 14-7-15.
Watering every other day when soil is dry and pots are lighter
Water 8.1,runoff PH6.4
No nutrient yet
Indoor in 2x2 tent in a walk-in-closet
Led light, Bridgelux EB2 strips, dimmable driver, been running them at 66w with around 4" distance (27000 lux). Recently changed to 30w with 5" distance (15000lux).
Temperature: Day around 77F, Night NA, but skould'nt differ too much.
Humidity: 40-50%
Open door on tent, small fan runs 4-4 hours a day
Had a AC going a couple a days ago, was a very warm day (temp. around 30F).
Co2 - No extra more than natural

Have been doing exactly same to the other plant which seem fine.

yes your light is too close . not sure what the manufacturer recommend but because they been under heat stress back the light off to 24inchs and adjust dimmer as needed but the little plant can basically grow using a cell phone light meaning it doesn't need as much light as you think . but right now it needs to recover so if 5inchs burning her atleast try 18inchs.

If your water going in has a PH of 8.1 then it sounds like you are using hard water from the tap. This is not likely causing any of your problems yet but it is something to look into.
Does your tap water if that is what you are using leave a white crusty film on you faucets?

Not really. And the water runoff is 6.5.
