Light and space problems

So I started flowering a little late for my grow space and lighting situation any advice and suggestions would be appreciated

Also can't seem to keep my temps under 78

I would have topped that and kept it short...
I was growing 4 plants in a 22" x 20 " closet using a 600W, had heat at about 80 most time...heat isn't as bad as humidity
