Lifeless plant *help*

Hey guys, this has happened to one of my plants after all being topped. Its being grown hydroponic with air pumps, can't be overwatered so I'm confused as to what's happened with her

If you can lift rez lid and take a pic so we can rule out root rot. Cause I had a plant do that and it was lack of oxygen from root rot
 
I will also add that light can get thru the hydroton and cause problems need to make covers make sure no light gets in (none)
