Anybody in the MMJ program probably got one. It is regarding some doctors issuing certifications for periods less than one year. This is illegal and should be reported, the letter says.
The kicker is that the less-than-one-year recommendations are invalid. If you have patients with such a rec you are technically breaking the law by selling them meds.
Trying to regulate an industry you do not actually understand is useless. The state should have hired a bunch of convicted growers to manage the program.
