Usually in this kind of situation, you'd spray just one branch, then remove said branch just before pollen drops and put it in a cup of water until the sacs open and collect pollen on a piece of paper.

You can pull the plant before it starts dropping pollen and isolate it somewhere else to collect it. That's how I do it as do many others. Once it gets ready to start dropping pollen it won't require much light and many just cut off the branches and stick them in some water over something to collect the pollen.

Some get more elaborate than this but all that's needed is keeping the branches alive long enough to collect the pollen. These were pulled out of the flower tent before they started to drop pollen and moved to a different location. But my flower tent is in the garage, the rooms are separated by a couple doors and I don't have central heating/air conditioning. Pollen goes airborne very easily so you would have to look at those factors in relation to where you're grow tent is. If it's just in another room and you turn on the heat you could circulate pollen all through the residence and potentially to your flower tent.

I've never used those. It's 10 micron. I think the average size of cannabis pollen is somewhere around 30 microns but it can be smaller. Only one way to find out.
