Its still a class 1 narcotic and illegal federally so as far as im concerned they arent really that far ahead.
Im curious how thats all going to play out down there. Its either going to become 100% legal or the feds will backtrack and call it the best case of entrapment in history and jail a huge chunk of people

Congress just passed a spending bill that prohibits funding police action aginst mmj in states where it's legal. The U.S. is moving way faster to full legalization then canada.

I been using mj for twenty years and ive never been tempted to try any of the chem drugs.

was just reading about that too i wonder how quickly the cops will scramble spending other department budgets on it then

Me too.....i get fucked up for 2 days when i take a gravol,only mmj for me...

Ive seen guys make meth mdma lsd crack u name it.
Most of those drugs are made by people u wouldnt trust making u a sandwich, in rooms u wouldnt want to walk into.
I know better and would never try that crap

They claim they dont bust sick people now man.
Some of those cops and politicians have gone on record saying as long they have jobs in leo they will continue to bust.
I hope ur right but im becoming more pessimistic every day

There will always be resistance but I'm shocked the house passed the bill it wasn't forced and they didn't have a gov wide shut down as in the past with spending bills like this. Remember lobbying congress in the us is huge business. Special interest always seem to get in the way of the greater good. But now that pot is legal in 4 states and dc more money will flow to lobbiest fighting for country wide legalization. And they will be paid by the people making money off of legal weed in those states.

bottom line is we need to hold our ground for outright legalization with unrestricted controls.
you wanna grow weed....fine....you want to sell it.....start a business....
sure there will be a black market......I never really envisioned it going anywhere, since its friends dealing to friends,
it will just be cheaper or free when you grow a plant or two..
People quickly come to a realization that growing mj is a full time job and a lot of work to produce a finished product.
especially for medical patients....
I'm old ,slow,tired, getting weaker,,,do I want to grow a plantation....sure...can I ...no way realistically...
can I grow 6 plants.... sure can...and enjoy the peace and tranquility a garden provides,,,,especially when the plants are 12 feet high....and you sit in the middle of the crop
