Let There Be Light

Ok well i posted this earlier, but i really wanna know....Is a 250 watt light enough to grow a plant of marijuana. Its a freshly sprouted maybe...6-8 day old plant. Its a reptile heat lamp, which also puts off alot of heat!! but i keep it a nice distance, with a fan on low to build stalk strength, and keep it cool! Also it puts out UV light like the sun, which i think should grow it pretty good for now? Any ideas, i mean can this help it or am i better with out it? LOl peace

Yes its enough for 1 plant. Make sure its MH and then use HPS for bloom.
