Just thought I would share my experience in the hopes that it saves someone else the same grief. I have a veg room with T5's, flower room with 3 400w HPS. I moved from veg to flower and because its my first grow and im way to overeager I had my HPS lights way to close initially and shocked the daylights out of the plants, and essentially halted growth for 4 days while they recovered. (after a day I realized my error and moved the lights all the way up) My plants were wilted and just looked like doo doo in general, well hope it helps someone.
