Lemmy's LED/HPS Hybrid Grow

I now have a 5x5x7 tent. I have a problem with my circuit breaker. It crashes when I run too much power in my small condo. Because of this, I can't pull too much more power than my last grow.

I will be using one 400 watt hps bulb and two 75 watt led lights from Area 51 led. I will also run four 18 watt cree bulbs from Home Depot in each corner. These 18 watt lights are equivalent to a 100 watt light each.

Soil will be full organic.
Roots as my base mixed with castings and compost.
Amended with:
Alfalfa meal
Neam meal
Crab meal
Kelp meal
Oyster shell
Glacial rock dust
Azomite
Zeolite
Peat moss
 
Just got back from the cannabis cup to get seeds.

I also have a few chocolate mint cookies from exotic not pictured
 
Last night I started germinating 10 nightmare cookie seeds and 6 kobain kush seeds.

15 of 16 seeds popped. They have been placed in rapid rooters and put into party cups of soil. I then proceed to put a bag over each cup to create humidity and help keep things warm and moist. The bags will come off when the seeds sprout through the soil.
 
I got a letter from A51 saying that one of my RW75 i ordered is out of stock. I got a free upgrade on the W100. So now I plan on buying another RW75 still and I'm going to replace the Cree bulbs from home depot with the W100.
 
I ordered some Alaska Fish Emulsion. It is organic fertilizer with NPK of 5-1-1. I will using this once every 3 feedings during veg. I will also use Blue Mountain Organics Super Plant Tonic. Im planning on using Flower Power from BMO as well when I get to the flowering stage. Flower Power NPK value is 1-8-7. All 3 are completely 100% organic.
 
Report: 2 nightmare cookie seedlings died. 2 kobain kush never sprouted. That put me down to 12 plants. However, I've germinated 3 Adonis seeds from exotic genetics to put me back to 15.

I noticed fungus gnat larvae in soil of dead seedlings. I have already inoculated soil with nematodes.
 
I've had nothing but trouble trying to order my lights from Area 51 Led. They always accept my order and then email me the next day offering me different light because they sold out of the one I ordered. Not to mention the one time they did get my order right, I received it with a broken fan. Jeff never sent me a new fan like he said he would and that was almost two weeks ago now. since then, I've already purchased a 65 watt hans panel and a Vero 29 cob as well. I will begin running the Led's when I transfer to 5 gallon pots.
 
Lighting update: One 400 watt HPS (ushio)
One RW-75 (A-51)
One W-100 (A-51)
One 65 watt Hans Panel
One Vero 29 C.O.B. powered at 50 watts
Total wattage= 690 watts

I'm still waiting for the Hans Panel to come in the mail. I purchased it last Thursday so it should be here within a week or so.

I purchased 2 gallon fabric pots yesterday to transfer into. I was going to transfer straight into 5 gallon, however, I realized I didn't have enough soil for 15 plants. So transferring to 2 gallon pots is only to save soil. I will discard any male plants before transferring to 5 gallon pots.
