Does anyone know how to go about this? There should be a petition I imagine that requires so many votes I believe? Anyhow, creating this as a hub to get this done for 2016.

Ohio has petition for medical. we need a little under 400,000 signatures to get it on the ballot. we have one for personal to allow for 99 plants and 99 kilograms. for 2016. pass the word

We try to pass this every time we can... it never works. We can always try again this year, maybe we'll be like the next Colorado. ;)
We're already a sin state. And vegas has anything you could want already, might as well add Mj.

Legalization for NV will be on the ballot in 2016, as that's a Presidential election year and thats when the most "young people" come out to vote. NV loves tax revenue (ie gambling, prostitution, etc) so I'm sure we will hop the MJ tax revenue bandwagon. Our neighbor to the west will probably legalize this year though...short drive for some legal green. :hump:

Where did you see it would be on the ballot in 2016? Also I just read the legalization effort for 2014 just failed in California, if thats who you meant? They have one initiative left however they need a boat load of signatures by next month.

What I was reading.

I watched a few interviews with MPP Nevada, Norml NV, some of the pro MMJ and pro legalization state reps and they all stated that 2016 is NV's best hope and that is where they are focusing their efforts. And thats bad news for California, I'm bummed. Hopefully they pull a rabbit out of their ass and get the sigs they need.
