Vermont is the only state in the United States that has not decriminalized the posession and/or use of marijuana.
Will Vermont continue to detain marijuana posession/use to be the only state who "has their head on straight", and be "different" from the other states that have passed the vote, or will they legalize & decriminalize marijuana?
