The bill can be torn apart by corporate interests.
If anything, testing will become more frequent.
Corporations have insurers that will not cover them without mandatory testing.
P19 is only as good as its supporters are rich.

Yes, employers will still have exactly the same rights as they do today to drug test employees and potential employees.
anti-marijuana groups cried that this would happen when 215 passed in 1996, that bus drivers would be able to drive stoned and the streets will be more dangerous etc... its hype, aka reefer madness, purely based on lies and hysteria.

They just need a better drug test - one that determines whether you are under the influence, not one that determines that you have smoked ... sometime within the last month.
Being discriminated against for doing something that is perfectly legal and not currently having a detrimental affect on your behaviour/abilities could lead to some interesting courtroom discussions.

Currently there is no test that can distinguish between a recent toke and a month later for a heavy toker, drying out.
