Legality of Seeds in Canada

Hello,

I apologize in advance if this question has been asked before. If I'm a resident of Canada, and I'm ordering seeds from a Canadian-based seed company(I.E BCSeedKing), is this completely legal?

I think there is a gray area there with the legality of cannabis seeds. I wouldn't sweat it though because you are probably buying them to cultivate them which in turn is illegal anyways. Just check your seed bank out to make sure they are reputable. Most seed banks that are reputable are stealth about sending seeds to there customers, plus you live in the same country that you are ordering from so chances of them being siezed is not likely. People like me who live in the states have to order from other countries and we can run into all kinds of hassles. Like I said if the seed bank is reptuable I won't worry I would just go ahead and order them.
