Legalities of manufacturing Vaporizers and Grinders?

If I lived in the United States, would it be legal to manufacture things like Vaporizers and Grinders and sell them on a website? If it is legal what kind tax or something of that sort should I expect?

Just say its tobacco accessories, semantics is everything in america.

If it's legal to manufacture/ship/possess such items in the state your business will be based in, and legal to possess/ship to the states you'll be shipping to, then it should be completely legal to manufacture Vaporizers and Grinders! Or at least I would imagine. The good thing about selling online is taxing depends on the state in which you're shipping to. If the state you are in collects sales tax for internet sales, then I'd assume you'd have to pay those taxes, not to mention states where you would ship to, might want you to tax the purchases and pay (forward) the taxed money quarterly, etc. Not to mention taxes you'd have to pay depending on your business structure, licensing costs, etc.
