WIZARDS, I would say for american laws NDA or shepj may have the answer, i dont see why anc would bother knowing the legality of a substance here.. but who knows.. erowid doesn't have a section for it, wiki says nothing. im at a loss, i assume its legal since theres nothing saying its not, but then i wouldn't trust some starwars douche on the internest for my legal advice, id get a lawyer to tell me what he thinks would happen if i was arrested with it

Not sure but wouldn't it fall under the analog laws as an analog of 4-HO-DMT (Psilocin)?

If you're talking about the U.S. it's probably a structural analog of psilocin so it falls under the Analog Act. I believe everything in PiHKAL and TiHKAL is illegal in the U.K. so therefor of questionable legality in Canada but that might just be PiHKAL. I've also been hearing that China has law that's similar to the Analog Act but this is very unclear.

Many tryptamines fall under the Analog Law, but its so obscure... simply put a label that declares, "Not for Human Consumption!" And your ass is saved in many instances
