Was just wondering, I'm going to buy a 600w full spectrum led light I'm just wondering what the best size watt bulbs are ? Should I get 120pcs 5w bulbs or 60 pcs 10w bulbs

But briefly you would likely be wanting light that = 600w draw
Adding up the bulbs wattage doesn't tell you the draw/power consumption of the light. They are run @ a certain mA so you if you go down this route of a full spectrum LED light you want to know the actual draw. Black dog (very expensive) for example sell there lights telling the customers what the draw or real wattage is. Many LED grow lights claim to be 600w when they actually are around 400w or less. Its a funny market full of false claims so just be careful what you buy and who you buy from.
Take a wander over to some of the LED threads. There is a big thread on there called LED grow lights and links (or something like that) Have a read. Get some opinions, have a look on you tube too to look at actual grows and at the grow diaries on here.
Be prepared for some negative opinions and try and find those folks who have used them in real life for some time.
