leds for extra lumens

alright so im using a 1k hps a nd 1k mh and i wantto increas my light with out jumping my power bill, heat really isnt an issue for me but heres what i wanted to do. people say that leds give you skimpy planyts so i got the 1k hps n mh ya know nd now im wondering the 45 watt led is extreamly bright almost blinding and its 129.oo cheap and i wnat to add it on one of my walls in my gorw room whic is incaseed in mylar this will just up wthe lumens and the base along with other leaves wil get more light and better photosynthesis sounds good right well i wonder they have both specturms and i know the light cycle is what causees flowering etc. but i wonder since it has bothe spectrums will it have an adverse effect (like flufy buds) while in flowering or is this a good idea for adding more light let me know what you think, thanks
