Led watt to space

I have a 2.5x2.5x6 area. how much actual draw would be optimal for this space. I am really thinking between 220 - 350. Suggestions appreciated.

These actually are pretty good lights... I would go with the DS XML 350 though

CLW SolarStorm 400 ? Pulls up to 365W from the plug in "Bloom mode" with UV lights on., I think ~320W in veg-mode, no UV's.

You could use the 200 + some CFL's too.

That DS XML350 looks interesting to me. I can't recall reading any journals with it, but I'd be curious on follow up research.
